Why are my white tiles getting darker in some spots?

my tiles are white and they are not granite. im not sure what they are. theyre smooth and white. this only happened to 2 tiles in my bathroom. it almost looks like something spilled there because its in the shape of a circle kind of. what is this and how can i get rid of it? thanks!
