How can I keep my family healthy and not get my cold?

spray everything down with lysol,like the phone,the mouse,light switches,toilet handle,etc.and don't use every gl in the house!When my kids are sick I have them use either plastic cups or pick one gl to use while they're sick,then disinfect it when they're well.Don't cough or sneeze in their presence without covering your face with something.
