Dragging In Visual Basic?

I've been trying to make a jail break game using Visual Basic which involves clicking on objects in an attempt to look for a key. Does anyone know the coding which would enable me to drag a picture box over a second picture box, subsequently causing the second picture box to move? I'm a rookie to programming and would like the easiest solution possible. Thanks in advance.
