QUESTION:...do FWB's usually tell each other they love eachother?

the thing is...we where really good friends for months before we started hooking up...i know he loves me as one of his bestfriends..but i dont know if we keep hooking up if it will ruin our friendship we had for like 6 months before we ever even kissed or anything..what do you think?
