Crackling sound when i breathe in?

My mom said shes going to bring me to the doctors. When i breathe in either my throat are chest crackles like the rales sound. But i've had it for about 3 years straight now. When i run i get out of breahte im healthy, skinny, 14 year old. I dont smoke either. Any idea what it could be? asthma possibly?
