Could BYU get a BCS berth?

I know it's HIGHLY unlikely. But wouldn't BYU be the first eligible team to fill the "Highest ranked non BCS team" if New Mexico State beat Boise and Texas lost to Nebraska? That would put TCU in the national championship and Boise out of contention therefore having us ranked the highest? Is their any other way for BYU to get an At large berth? What would need to happen?
