Is an guitar or b cable 1/4 in? same as an audio cable?

You should be using instrument cables. That's probably what you're already using, but people don't simply call something an "audio cable"; it's not clear what you mean. Speaker cable and instrument cable are significantly different, yet both serve a purpose in audio applications. Which one deserves to be called "regular audio cable"?
