Ok what these mostly likely are are coagulated blood lumps, which is caused by capillaries bursting in a certain area ,the capillaries is what causes the bruises you get but if the root of a capillary cell is ruptured and if enough of them are in your case they can cause these negative in medical terms 'hematomahs' bumps , sorry for the over use of medical language im an intern doctor just on here trying to do some practice i hope i have been of help o sorry p.s. the bumps will be gone in a week or 2 don't worry there not lasting.
