Gummy smile help??????

so i have a gummy smile.. and i just recently learned about a procedure called a lip lowering procedure.. and the only doctors i found are in michigan and LA.. kinda far from here. do u know of any doctors that do this and are in new york or a state closer to new york then michigan?
