Does anyone know diet but still taste good icing to put on carrot cake??

I belong to a Rubber Stamping group and one lady in the group doesn't like the cream cheese frosting on the carrot cake so I just make a simple glaze using powdered sugar, vanilla and water and pour it over the hot cake. No frosting is needed with that. You could also use pineapple juice in place of the water if you have any.
