My right azz cheek and right leg is hurting cause i did a Testostrome Injection last night?

i did a testostrom injection last night and my right *** check and right leg are hurting a little bit, i cant walk properly. is it because its ment to or is it because i did something wrong. please reply as im getting very scared. thanks
