How to ist a Red Tailed Boa in shedding?

Hello my Red Tailed Boa is going into her second shed and still not fully shed from the first. I isted her in shedding the first time, but was unable to remove the excess skin from bellow her head and around her upper neck. She has now started to go into a new shed and can't seem to get it off. The humidity is fairly high.
