Drawbacks in torrenting Vista?

Are their any drawbacks in torrenting Vista? I.E. Windows files are corrupted, won't be able to use certain programs/services due to them detecting an invalid copy, problems later on. Also Whats the difference between a 64 and 32 bit copy of Windows or is it on one disk and you can decide to use either one?
