Can I lose ten pounds in a month and a half if I follow this plan?
I have a membership to a gym, so every other morning I will go do strength training and use the machines, and every day I will go on roughly a 2 mile trail run (I'm a runner) and I will do yoga at least once a week, sometimes ore, plus monthly hiking. I will also eat super healthy, no more than 1,500 calories a day, and natural and organic foods, and a LOT of oatmeal with green tea. But of course maybe once a week I'll have a little treat, like chocolate or pizza, or chips or some other yummy food. I don't really have a problem with junk food, because my mom doesn't really buy a ton. And I have basically a month and a half to reach my goal. Is this possible? Any tips or ideas would be great, thanks!
